into their den in Sgiath Wolfkeep, Dyami noted on that unusually cool summer
day. Glancing up at his mate's entrance, the wolf asked, What's got you so excited?
The rust-colored female answered, I've decided to bond a dragon. I'm going to go visit
Falas for the Shimmer clutch.
Dyami
blinked. Oh. This was rather unexpected. I didn't know you were interested in Impressing.
He pointed out.
Athore gave a
wolfish shrug as she settled beside him. I've always been interested, you just never asked.
Touche. Dyami himself had never
considered the possiblity, and frankly wasn't interested in bonding a dragon.
Wait, so how do you expect to take care
of a hatchling dragon, anyway? He
asked.
His mate huffed. If I can
raise a litter of pups, one dragon hatchling shouldn't be any problem. And
besides, your human can help me with the tricky stuff.
C'nwyn?
Dyami said thoughtfully.
I suppose... Now that the pups from Alair were grown, they all had a
lot more time on their hands...paws, etc.
In fact, you might want to ask him if he's interested in
sponsoring some. I think a lot of them who aren't Pernese are going to be going
unbonded. Athore pointed out.

bonded to a winged wolf, Nemeriath is very athletic and outdoorsy, with a great
love of animals and the forests. At times, she seems almost like a canine
herself.
